Evaluating Results

In order to continually refine and improve our program design, One Change carries out independent audits and third-party evaluations of all campaigns. The structure and format of the surveys will be developed in partnership with the sponsors. This data is summarized in a final report to sponsors.

Sample Final Report Template

Key topic areas to be addressed by One Change in the final report will include but are not limited to:

  1. 4. Results of Third-Party Evaluation:
    • a. Item installation and/or use rate
    • b. Reasons for failure to install CFL bulbs, use of tire gauge, etc.
    • c. Brand recognition for sponsors
    • d. Changes in intention and perceived behavior related to electricity use, water use, fuel consumption and consumer decisions
    • e. Increase in adoption of more significant measures
    • g. Subsequent purchase of more significant energy-efficient, water conserving, fuel conserving products.
    • h. Intended/desired participation in other sponsor campaigns
    • i. Level of engagement of individuals who have not participated in past sponsor programs
